Donations can be made by check, credit card by going to our website and clicking on the GiveDirect link or by PayPal by using the email ARF appreciates all of you for your continued love and support. Any amount big or small makes a difference in these pets' lives. So again, we are reaching out asking for everyone's continued support so ARF can keep helping these deserving cats and dogs. With the increase of the cost of living and all our expenses to save and vet the pets ARF has taken a big hit this year. Most of all he enjoys playing with his foster siblings. He is now happy and comfortable after his eye removal surgery. His chances of making it out of the shelter were slim unless a rescue saved him. He had a ruptured eye, a cold and tested positive for FIV. Little Willy found himself all alone at a crowded NYC shelter. When asked to take just one more of course she agreed. One of ARF's volunteers graciously offered to foster some kittens from the shelter. So much so that they have been reaching out and begging ARF and other rescues to help take some cats, kittens, and dogs to make room for more. Shelters are bombarded with animals disgarded by their owners. He was lucky enough to be adopted by exceptional adopters who are willing to give him love and caer for the rest of his golden years. After everything Oreo had been though, he was still happy and peppy. He went and had a check up at the vet and unfortunately, he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor that would be difficult to remove. Animal Rescue Force took in this sweet senior gentleman with a constant wagging tail. Oreo was given up because his elderly owner had a stroke and could no longer care for him. Vet bills have skyrocketed due to dentals, blood work, surgeries and routine senior pet care. ARF has taken in many pets needing home but are in dire need of donations for medical bills and fosters for cats and dogs.ĪRF has taken in many senior pets recently, especially dogs that have been given up due to owners not being able to afford care any longer. Seems more and more pets will be looking for new homes this winter. The busy holiday season will soon me upon us and ARF is just as busy with the huge amount of phone calls from the public wanting to surrender their cats and dogs. Happy Fall to all our Animal Rescue force friends, volunteers and adopters!
